So basically anyone taking Pilates is doing the same thing we are doing just with less time in the position and more effort.

Pilates sounds like it is a more advanced type of yoga that involves additional repetitions and going further into the stretches.

Professor Lohman’s description of pilates makes it seem like it is a more aerobic workout than yoga.

I think Pilates is very similar to Yoga. Both have very similar movements, and can leave you feeling relaxed after performing the exercise.

Both Yoga and Pilates are one in the same. The main difference between the two is that Yoga is set on holding a movement, while Pilates is set on the repetiton of the movement.

To actually do pilates you have to more in tune to moving your limbs and keeping up with the past because its a little bit faster than yoga.Must of the moves are the same as yoga though just more stamina is put into it.

Mr. Lohman I couldn’t have agree with you more about Pilates. You do more effort than with Yoga. I know for a fact because I have try Pilates out and it is a big different. Some may say Pilates because it work on the body but you also need the mind and that where Yoga comes in it overs everything.
